JazziDisciples were a notable South African Amapiano DJ and producer duo, well known for their signature tagline, "Amapiano is a lifestyle." consisting of Mr JazziQ and Josiah De Disciple. Hailing from Alexandra, North of Johannesburg, their musical journey ignited from an early passion for music. They were maestros of fusion of afro house, world music, and live instruments. Renowned for hits like "Long Lasting" and "Sgubu Se Monati," they graced prestigious festivals, including Afropunk and Corona SunSets, sharing stages with industry giants like Cassper Nyovest and Black Coffee. Their debut album, "Disciples of Piano," released in 2019, showcased collaborations with local talents like Okmalumkoolkat and Vigro Deep. Nominated for Best Amapiano Record at the Dance Music Awards South Africa, JazziDisciples expanded their sonic horizons in 2020 with solo projects.
