John Saviours Udomboso, professionally known as Young Jonn, is a chart-topping Nigerian singer-songwriter, sound engineer, and record producer. Born in Ibadan to a Christian family of Akwa Ibom descent, he developed his musical foundation playing instruments in his father’s church.
He first gained national fame as "The Wicked Producer," becoming the sonic architect for YBNL Nation. Between 2014 and 2017, he produced era-defining hits like Olamide’s "Bobo" and "Story for the Gods," winning "Producer of the Year" at The Headies 2016.
In 2022, following the personal loss of his mother, he pivoted to a solo career, signing with Chocolate City Music. He achieved instant success with his breakout single "Dada" and follow-up hits like "Xtra Cool" and "Sharpally". His transition culminated in the 2024 album Jiggy Forever and the 2025 chart-topping project Blue Disco, solidifying his status as a premier Afrobeats artist.
